Interactive planner guide
Build your golf journey, step by step
Walk through the full planner workflow — setup, map discovery, day-by-day curation, live pricing, and sending your proposal.
Welcome to your journey workspace
The planner is split into two fixed panels: an interactive map on the left and your My Journey panel on the right. The map never grows when you add items — your itinerary scrolls inside the right card.
- Use the toolbar above for this guide anytime.
- The mini guide on the map tracks your live progress.
- Save progress automatically as you build.
Name your trip and set the party
Start with a journey name and departure date. Enter how many golfers and non-golfers are travelling — totals update pricing across golf, hotels, and transport.
- Journey name is required before you can enquire.
- Start date drives day chips (Sat, Sun, Mon…).
- Use the + chip to add extra days at any time.
- Party size feeds live per-person estimates.
Search and filter the map
Narrow the catalogue before you pick stops. Filter by country and region, search by course, hotel, or destination name, and toggle map layers for courses, hotels, journeys, and regions.
- Country filter scopes every pin and search result.
- Region filter helps when a country has many areas.
- Search highlights matching places on the map.
- Map popups let you add destinations to the active day.
Add destinations to each day
Select a day chip, then tap the map to add destinations. Each stop becomes its own card in the right panel — you can add multiple stops per day and remove them with ×.
- Active day chip controls where new pins land.
- Use Add destination to focus the map.
- Stops show region, location, and a + button for the catalogue.
- Hotel stays can span multiple days automatically.
Add golf rounds from the catalogue
Open the drawer from any stop’s + button. On the Golf tab, pick one or more courses, set tee times, and add them to your basket before updating the itinerary.
- Tab badges show available and selected counts.
- Select multiple courses on the same stop if needed.
- Set tee time before adding — it appears on the timeline.
- Use Update itinerary to commit picks to that day.
Add hotels and set nights
On the Hotels tab, choose accommodation for the stop and set how many nights you need. Pricing multiplies by nights and your room party size.
- Nights can extend across following day chips.
- Continued stays show as linked timeline rows.
- Compare indicative rates before you add.
- Mix hotels when your route changes region.
Transport, activities & experiences
Use Transport for transfers and chauffeur days, Activities for off-course experiences, and Experiences for extras. Each category has its own tab with multi-select support.
- Transport covers airport runs and inter-stop transfers.
- Activities include tours, tastings, and local events.
- Experiences capture extras like gala dinners or spa.
- Edit or remove any line from the timeline cards.
Review your day-by-day timeline
Every pick appears as a timeline card with icon, image, and details (tee time, nights, rates). Scroll inside the right panel when the list grows — the map height stays fixed.
- Edit opens the catalogue drawer for that stop.
- Remove clears a single line without deleting the stop.
- Day headers show date, location, and quick actions.
- Multi-night hotels show continuation rows on later days.
